ANDI LEVEL 3 (Nitrox)
Course Prerequisite
ANDI LEVEL 2 or equivalent.
COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course offers an in depth introduction to technical diving. Students will be utilizing Trimix (for example: 21/35), Nitrox (32%) and two decompression gases (50% and 100% O2). This will allow students to expend their diving activities well beyond the recreational diving.
The emphasis of this course is to instill and develop solid critical skills. Students will improve their buoyancy, trim, ascend and descend techniques. Decompression theories and application will be reviewed.
The course places special importance on teamwork and procedures, situational awareness, dive and gas planning. Students will be challenged to effectively solve problems.
This course will help students to develop a solid foundation for more advanced technical dives.
