You'll learn to scuba dive with PADI's Open Water Diver course in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. The program includes pool dives and knowledge development sessions followed by four ocean dives. Once you've certified, we offer free equipment rental for a day of diving after your course is complete to continue your diving experience!
In addition to the standard Open Water dive course, Great Ocean Adventures has teamed with PADI to offer their eLearning program. The eLearning program allows you to complete the knowledge development portion of the course online, and then you come to Great Ocean Adventures to complete your dive training! THE 3 WEEK - The relaxed pace of the three week program offers knowledge development and pool diving on two evenings a week (6pm) with open water dives on Saturdays (9am).
THE 2 WEEKEND - We begin Friday evening (6pm) and continue all day Saturday and Sunday (9am) for two consecutive weekends.
THE 5 DAY - Starting on Wednesday evening, and finishing on Sunday.
SELF STUDY - Accommodating any schedule, the PADI Open Water manual, video and interactive CD-ROM allow you to study at your own pace. The pool and ocean dives can be arranged as time permits.
